gall bladder surgery

My wife had her gall bladder removed on Monday , they took her in at 2:45 then I was taking her home at 5:45 sure was fast ....... she had a bad day wednesday but everyday since has been getting better . and now she can eat anything without her bending over double

We need a Pig Pickin to really test her out.

I have a tropical rub spice that would put that pig in the right tasting mood...
