Thinking of BBQ, heres a question for y'all that was proposed by some Fl locals who obviously don't know good BBQ! (lol)...
Do you guys like mustard-based bbq sauce or vinegar
While I'll pretty much eat anything, I choose VINEGAR base!!

If its a pig.You have to do it Carolina style.Chopped and vinigar base sauce with some good slaw.If ya dont like that move to Texas haha
