Rules, Disclaimers and Event Times

Entry no later than 9:00 PM, May 28, 2010
Fishing Time 7:AM, May 29, 2010 (no line of any kind in before 7:am)
Scales Open at 3:00 pm and close at 4:30 pm, May 29, 2010 (see rules)
Supper 5:00 PM, May 29, 2010
Awards at 6:00 PM, May 29, 2010

.#1. Bring CASH.
.Basic KMT rules apply. No lines in before 7:00am. This includes sabikis.
.No entries or cancellations after 9:00 pm May 28th 2010.
.No Boat congregating after you leave a inlet, this includes bait sharing. No making land fall unless of an emergency.
.VHF 72 will be the tournament channel.
.Host, sponsors and others whom assist in this event, are eligible to participate in the tournament.
.You must be acknowledged by the check in person at the Old Ferry Marina Outer River Dock by 4:30PM and close enough for them to visually identify your boat registration numbers!
.Scales open at 3:00PM and close at 4:30pm. No exceptions. Scales used will not be certified, however the same scale will be used to weigh all fish. When the fish is released on the scale what it reads in 5 seconds will be the official weight. Ties go to the 1st fish weighed.
.Weigh In @ Old Ferry Marina up New River by Green Marker #23, just before the Hwy 172 High Rise Bridge.
.Fish must be legal lengths, do not bring illegal fish to the dock. Only 1 fish elligable to weigh in each category/species.
. Junior and Lady Angler only applies to the King Tournament. The junior has to be 15 years old or less. If both a Lady, Senior and, Junior are on the same boat they get all payouts.
.Military Angler has to supply ID to be eligible. Only one Military Angler per boat.
.In the event of bad weather or no fish weighed, money will be returned.
.In the Event of bad weather no consideration of canceling will be entertained unless its blowing over 15 knots.
.In the event not enough fish are weighed to fill all payouts, the amounts will be prorated to the top winners.
.Will not be be responsible for getting prizes/monies to recipients.
.Prizes and prize monies may change between now and May 28, 2010.
.No Cheat’n, all captains will have a vote on infractions.
