got up to a late start but was in no hurry , left the dock around 9 am ,,,,, slid around the curve found some nice pogies , 1 throw we had a baitwell full ,,,,,,,, then headed offshore about 14 miles , the ocean was almost flat , cut the Yamaha off, around 10:30 had a nice drift ,,, dropped 2 rigs off the top
Bammmmmmm put a king about 10 lbs in the boat in like 5 minutes ,,,
then inanother 10 minutes we put a spanish of about 7 lbs in the boat
then we were swarmed by Aj's but luckily we did not get hooked up ..about 20 minutes later a pogie was blistered ,,, after a couple of nice runs we put a teenager in the boat ,,,
had what appeared to be a bull shark of about 6 ft in the baits but he just smiled at them and then swam past the Back-Lash ,,,,,,
Back at the dock about 12:30 with plenty of fish for a meal .

that's making quick work of them. We cuaght 1 14# king 1 5# spanish 1 slinger dolphin about 8 miles out of Bogue. There was lots of bait at AR345.
